Here you can see

schedule is due to change according to seasons, depending on the
change of ferry-boat lines between Split and Vis. During the high
season, the number of ferry-boat lines is increased and so is the
number of the bus lines.
Anyway, every time
you come to the town of Vis by a ferry-boat (the main port on the
island), there is a bus line for the town of Komiža, 10 km distant
from the town of Vis.
The ride lasts for
fifteen minutes by an asphalted modern road.
There is a bus
stop at the ferry pier right in front of the wharf the ferry-boat
puts in. Tickets are bought on the bus and are valid for one ride.
The price is
approximately 12-15 kunas.

in Komiža, there is always a bus connection to reach the ferry-boat
